UKIYO BLOSSOM GIN
Our Blossom Gin is born from a base of locally grown barley that is distilled into a traditional shōchū spirit. We redistill our shōchū with juniper, regional citrus, cherry blossom and native botanicals.

UKIYO YUZU GIN
Our Yuzu Gin is born from a base of locally grown barley that is distilled into a traditional shōchū spirit. We redistill our shōchū with juniper, yuzu, regional citrus and botanicals, respecting the 1500 year old tradition of cultivating and harvesting yuzu in Japan.

BOWSAW BOURBON
A Straight Bourbon thats uses a 21% ‘high rye’ mash bill and is aged in a new deep char American oak barrels for colour and character. Aromas of dried fruit and creamy vanilla precede the flavours of all spice, caramel and brown sugar. Finishes with vanilla, light rye spice and a hint of spearmint.

BOWSAW RYE
A Straight Rye Whiskey that is born of 95% rye and 5% barley and aged in the finest new oak casks for a bold and colourful character. A strong floral aroma, with heady mint and rye, leads to flavours of vanilla, caramel and complex spice. The finish is long, spicy and imbued with mint and light smoke.

Named after George Chinnery, an Irish portrait artist in China in the 1800’s whose paintings depicted merchants and daily life of the old China trade.
